August jurors, there are no more trials this month. You do not need to appear.

September jurors are to report on September 15th, 2026

Call the 24/7 Jury Line, 360-875-9319, or check this page the evening before your report date (including Sundays) to confirm you still need to appear.

REPORTING JURORS

  • Check in at the Clerk’s office by 8:30 AM (2nd floor)

  • Arrive early - parking is limited

  • An elevator is available near the Sheriff’s Office

EXCUSALS/DEFERRALS

  • Submit a request through the online system here, or email: clerk@co.pacific.wa.us

  • To be considered for a health-related excusal, a letter from a healthcare provider is required. Requests without documentation will be denied.

WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO SERVE (RCW 2.36.070)

  • You are less than eighteen years of age;

  • You are NOT a citizen of the United States;

  • You are NOT a resident of the county in which you have been summoned to serve;

  • You are NOT able to communicate in English.

  • You HAVE been convicted of a felony and have NOT had your civil rights restored.
